Roles and Responsabilities

Community management

• Educate and support members throughout the PIP/Generic process
• Keep the proposals channel updated with latest entries
• Moderate discussion to keep conversations on rails, focused and under the right category.

Process management

• Validate a forum post and cross-check that all requirements are met before moving to any Gate
• Submit the Gate votes in Snapshot
• Move forum posts to ‘Proposals’ after passing PIP Gate 1
• Assign a PIP number
• Keep a PIP database updated to accurately assign PIP numbers and keep historic information
• Report the votes eligible for Governance Mining distribution on a monthly basis (for distribution)

Role Requirements

• Must be a @Fulltimer and have joined the #Kitchen channel on Discord
• Good communication skills
• Process-oriented
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and user education
• Self-organized and autonomous
• Availability: 6-8 hours a week
