Stand-up calls are set daily, at 10am UTCryone's participation is needed.

Each team member is expected to share a written update on Discord (Team and More → #Standup) before the meeting, including the details below:

• Done: What has been achieved between the last stand up and the current
• Doing: Work in progress and planned activities for the day
• Blockers: Any blocker that prevents current or future tasks to be completed

Stand-Ups generate action items. Each stand-up will have a deliverable in the shape of Meeting Notes to list all the disucssed decisions or action items. The record of each meeting will be done, on a single page, dividing each day until completing a whole month.

All action items need to have an owner, and the main page 'Open Action Items' will reflect every action item, regardless the day it was raised until completion.
